What we loved:

Simply put, this workbook delivers. It doesn’t try anything fancy or wild; it has something to offer for basically anyone. Specialized self-care workbooks are fun but sometimes you just want to be able to check in, get a nudge in the right direction, and feel like you’ve been given permission to put yourself first.

What we didn't love:

If we were going to get Self-Care Workbook v2, better organization is a must. Navigating the different sections of this ebook and getting right to the worksheets is more difficult than it needs to be. And while we do like the current length of the book, and the conceptual-to-exercise ratio, we wouldn’t say no to more of everything.
